Shilajit is a mineral deposit found in the Himalayan mountain range and is recognized as a fundamental component of Ayurveda - the traditional Indian Health Care System.

DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Using the provided spoon, take out a small amount equivalent to the size of a tiny pea (0.2g). Dissolve it in a glass of warm water, milk, or juice and take it before meal.

STORAGE:
Store in a dry place away from light and heat.
After opening, keep the tin flat at room temperature.
